Greens launch city newspaper16 July 2007 - Norwich Green Party has launched a new city newspaper. The first issue of the paper, called ‘GreenView’, is being distributed by party volunteers across most of the city this summer. Topics covered include the plans for an Academy School at Heartsease, the effect of dangerous climate change on Norfolk's wildlife and support for local shopping parades. Councillor Adrian Ramsay, Green Party Parliamentary Candidate for Norwich South, said: "The newspaper will keep residents up to date with the issues that the Green Party Councillors are campaigning on and inform people about a wide range of Green Party policies. As Parliamentary Candidate, the newspaper gives me the opportunity to tell residents about my work in the area and my approach and priorities as challenger to Charles Clarke for the Norwich South seat." The first issue of GreenView can be read online here.
